KU Beef

KU Beef by Kasetsart University is locally grown beef here in Thailand under strict guidelines of animal weight of 550-650 kg and age not exceeding 2 years old, the cow is not feed for 18 hours prior to slaughter and once processed is frozen at for 7 days.
