Sausage Caserole
Sausage Casserole – Preparation time: about 30 minutes
Sausage Casserole – Cooking Time: about 60 minutes
Here is a tasty little recipe for a Sausage caserole. You can adapt this recipe further to suit your own tastes. The only ingredient I would stress are the sausages, don’t view the sausages as a cheap alternative to other forms of meat, only use high quality fresh Sausage King pork breakfast or dinner sausages, it will make this dish superb. The style I try to achieve is a thick full flavoured sauce that accompanies the sausage. If the casserole liquid reduces down too much it will ruin, so be prepared to add more stock until you get the hang of this particular recipe.

Caramalised Onions
Caramelising Onions, Step-by-Step
Sweetening and bringing out the amazing natural flavor of onions.
You can caramelise any type of onion, but depending on their sugar content, some might caramelise more quickly than others. A standard yellow onion is just fine–it actually contains more sugars than “sweet” onions. (Vidalia onions contain fewer sulfur compounds, which makes them taste sweeter when they’re raw.) Caramelised onions are terrific served as a garnish in soups, on sandwiches, or served aside an appetizer platter to add a bit of life to your party! Who needs meat !
